Range Rover
Comfortable enough for the drive, capable enough for the arrival.
The Range Rover is the all-season car of the Finnish fleet. It is comfortable on the long coast road to Turku in summer, and capable enough in winter to reach a Lapland lodge at the end of a snow-covered private road — delivered to Helsinki or flown north to meet you.

The commanding driving position, properly executed
The Range Rover puts you high without the wallow that usually comes with it. Air suspension keeps the body level, and the seats are among the best in the fleet for a long day behind the wheel.
For a Lapland week that comfort pays off on the longest drives — Rovaniemi to Levi is nearly three hours of snow-covered road — and four large cases still fit behind the rear seats with the ski bags on top.
The lake district in July, the lodge road in January
Finland's two seasons ask opposite things of a car. In summer the lake district is long, fast gravel and ferry crossings between islands; in winter Lapland is compacted snow and private roads that end at a cabin. The Range Rover is the one car that is genuinely at home in both.
For couples and small groups heading north it is the comfortable alternative to the G-Class — nearly as capable at the end of the road, and considerably quieter on the way there.
The Range Rover from Helsinki to Lapland
In summer we deliver to Helsinki hotels, Vantaa arrivals and the West Harbour terminals. In winter we send it north to meet you at Rovaniemi or Kittilä, with racks fitted and the cabin already warm.
Winter tyres are a legal requirement in the Finnish winter and are fitted from October to April at no cost, studded on request. Tallinn and Stockholm sailings are permitted, and cross-border travel into Sweden and Norway is noted on the papers.
Renting the Range Rover in Finland
Can the Range Rover be delivered in Rovaniemi or Levi?
Both are regular delivery points for the cars we send north. Fly in and the car meets you at Rovaniemi or Kittilä with the cabin already warm, rather than driving a thousand kilometres to begin the holiday.
Does the Range Rover have studded tyres?
Winter tyres are a legal requirement in the Finnish winter and are fitted on every car from October to April at no cost. Studded tyres are available on request.
Is the Range Rover suitable for Lapland in January?
Yes. It is one of four cars we send north, and with studded tyres fitted it reaches most lodges comfortably. For genuinely unploughed private roads we will recommend the G-Class instead.
Are ski racks included with the Range Rover?
Yes, fitted before delivery at no charge. Tell us what you are carrying when you book and the car arrives ready to load.
How much luggage does a Range Rover take?
Four large cases behind the rear seats with all five seats in use, and considerably more with the rear bench folded.
