Scandinavian inside, in the literal sense

The XC90 at home
Volvo's engineers tested this car on the same roads you will drive it on: the E4 north in the dark, forest roads to a lake house, the west coast in a February gale. It is the most honest answer in the fleet to the question of what a Swedish family actually needs, and it is the car many families ask for by name.
Safety is the reason. Run-off-road protection, automatic braking at junctions and lane keeping are standard, and for visitors driving unfamiliar Swedish roads in winter darkness that matters more than any badge.
The XC90 in Stockholm and beyond
We deliver the XC90 to Stockholm and Gothenburg addresses, Arlanda and Landvetter arrivals, and summer houses along the west coast inside a confirmed 60-minute window, and collect it wherever the stay ends.
The Stockholm and Gothenburg congestion tax is reconciled to your booking and shown as a single line afterwards. Winter tyres are fitted from October to April at no cost, and cross-border travel into Norway, Denmark and Finland is permitted and noted on the papers.

Can the Volvo XC90 be delivered to Arlanda?
Yes. We meet you in arrivals at Arlanda with the car ready rather than sending you to a remote car park, and Bromma, Landvetter and Skavsta are available on request. Send your flight number and a delay moves the handover at no cost.
Is the Stockholm congestion tax included?
Charges are reconciled to your booking and shown as one line afterwards. There is nothing to register or pay at a barrier.
Can the XC90 go to Åre?
Yes — it is a natural Åre car. Four-wheel drive, heated everything and seven seats, with racks fitted before delivery and collection from the resort or Arlanda.
Does the Volvo XC90 seat seven?
Yes. The third row suits children and shorter adult journeys; for seven adults over a long distance the GLS or Escalade is the better call.
Are child seats provided?
Free of charge and fitted before delivery. The outer middle-row seats also have integrated booster cushions, which is often enough for older children.
