Mercedes-Benz S-Class
Fifty kilometres in from Gardermoen, quietly.
Gardermoen sits fifty kilometres north of Oslo, and the E6 in is the first impression most business visitors get of Norway. The S-Class makes it a quiet one — a rear bench built for two, a cabin still at motorway speed, and a driver if you would rather read than steer.

A rear bench built for two, not three
The S-Class rear compartment is configured for two passengers rather than a squeezed middle seat. Both outer positions recline, both have their own climate zone, and the centre armrest carries the controls for seat, screen and blinds. It is the difference between sitting in a car and working in one.
Noise is what guests notice first, and on the E6 in from Gardermoen that quiet is the whole point: fifty kilometres of fast, smooth motorway where a call from the back seat sounds like a call from a desk, and a guest arriving in Oslo steps out rested rather than wind-worn.
Quiet at speed, which is the point in Norway
Norwegian motorways are fast, smooth and long, and the S-Class is at its best on exactly that kind of road. At the limit on the E6 the cabin is quiet enough to take a call from the back seat without raising your voice, which is what most Oslo business bookings are really paying for.
In the city it is discreet outside the Continental or an office at Aker Brygge, and a chauffeur can be attached for the morning of the meeting and removed for the drive out to the fjord at the weekend.
Getting the S-Class to the start of the drive
We meet you in arrivals at Gardermoen with the S-Class already running, or bring it to your hotel or office in Oslo inside a confirmed 60-minute window. Bergen and Stavanger are standard too, and a finish in a different city is a line on the quote.
Every car carries an AutoPASS tag, with tolls reconciled to the booking and shown as one line afterwards. Winter tyres are fitted from October to April at no cost, and cross-border travel into Sweden, Denmark and Finland is permitted and noted on the papers.
Renting the S-Class in Norway
Can the Mercedes-Benz S-Class be delivered to Gardermoen or Bergen?
Yes. We meet you in arrivals at Oslo Gardermoen or Bergen Flesland with the car ready, rather than at an off-terminal car park. Send your flight number and we track the actual landing time, so a delay moves the handover at no cost.
How are AutoPASS tolls handled?
Every car carries a working AutoPASS tag. Charges are reconciled to your booking and shown as one line afterwards — nothing to register, top up or dispute at a barrier.
Can I return the S-Class in a different Norwegian city?
Yes. Collect it in Oslo and leave it in Bergen or Stavanger, or the other way round — there is no depot it has to return to. The repositioning is shown as its own line on the quote.
How much luggage fits in a Mercedes-Benz S-Class?
Three large cases plus soft bags in the cabin is comfortable for two passengers. If you are four with full luggage, the GLS or V-Class is the better call and we will say so when you enquire.
Is a chauffeur available with the S-Class?
Yes. English-speaking, vetted drivers can be booked by the day or for the full stay, and can be added part-way through a rental if plans change.
