The most seats in the fleet
Eight seats is one more than anything else we run, which is often the difference between one vehicle and two. Behind the last row there is still a usable load bay for bags, tools or equipment cases.
The seats come out rather than merely fold, and on a Stockholm production that is used daily: eight seats for the crew call in the morning, seats out for the equipment run to location, and back in again for the drive home.
Eight people and their kit, on location
Stockholm hosts a steady run of film shoots, photo productions and live events, and every one of them needs to move people and equipment between hotels, studios and locations. The Vito does that for eight at a time, with seats that come out when the booking is more cargo than crew.
It is not a luxury car, and we do not pretend it is. It is delivered, cleaned and collected to exactly the same standard as the rest of the fleet, which is what production managers value.
The Vito in Stockholm and beyond
We deliver the Vito to studios, hotels and locations across Stockholm and further afield inside a confirmed 60-minute window, configured the way the call sheet needs it, and collect from wherever the shoot wraps.
The Stockholm and Gothenburg congestion tax is reconciled to your booking and shown as a single line afterwards. Winter tyres are fitted from October to April at no cost, and cross-border travel into Norway, Denmark and Finland is permitted and noted on the papers.

Can the Mercedes-Benz Vito be delivered to Arlanda?
Yes. We meet you in arrivals at Arlanda with the car ready rather than sending you to a remote car park, and Bromma, Landvetter and Skavsta are available on request. Send your flight number and a delay moves the handover at no cost.
Is the Stockholm congestion tax included?
Charges are reconciled to your booking and shown as one line afterwards. There is nothing to register or pay at a barrier.
Can the Vito go to Åre?
Yes — it is often booked to move event staff or a production crew to Åre, with seats removed for equipment if needed and collection from the resort.
How many people does the Mercedes-Benz Vito seat?
Eight — the most of anything in the fleet — with a usable load bay still behind the third row.
Can the seats be removed for cargo?
Yes. The Vito's seats are removable rather than just foldable, so it can be configured for mostly people or mostly equipment.
