Mercedes-Benz Vito
Festival crews, event staff, eight at a time.
Denmark runs one of Europe's busiest festival and events calendars, from Roskilde to Copenhagen's conference season. The Vito is the vehicle behind the scenes: eight seats, a load bay for equipment, and delivery to the site gate rather than a rental depot.

The most seats in the fleet
Eight seats is one more than anything else we run, which is often the difference between one vehicle and two. Behind the last row there is still a usable load bay for bags, tools or equipment cases.
The seats come out rather than merely fold, and at Roskilde or a Copenhagen conference that is the job: eight seats for the staff shift change, seats out for the equipment load-in, and one vehicle doing both across the week.
Festival crews and the conference season
Summer in Denmark is festival season — Roskilde, Distortion, Copenhell and a long list of corporate events — and every one of them needs staff and crew moved between hotels, sites and Kastrup. The Vito carries eight at a time, with removable seats for the days when it is equipment rather than people.
Bookings are usually for a week or more, which is where the Vito's low running costs show. Two or more vehicles can be kept together on one booking and one set of papers.
The Vito in Copenhagen and over the bridge
We deliver the Vito to festival sites, venues, hotels and Kastrup arrivals inside a confirmed 60-minute window, and collect from wherever the event ends — including over the bridge in Malmö.
The Øresund and Storebælt crossings are shown on the quote or reconciled to your booking afterwards. Cross-border travel into Sweden is permitted and noted on the papers, and a finish in Malmö, Gothenburg or Stockholm is quoted with the repositioning as its own line.
Renting the Vito in Denmark
Can the Mercedes-Benz Vito cross the Øresund into Sweden?
Yes. Cross-border travel is permitted on every car we run; tell us at booking and it is noted on the papers and reflected in the cover. Bridge tolls are shown on the quote or reconciled afterwards.
Can the Vito be delivered to Kastrup?
Yes, meeting you at arrivals at Copenhagen Airport with the car ready and the paperwork already done, rather than at an off-terminal depot.
Is the Vito available for a wedding in Copenhagen?
It is not a wedding car, but it is often the car that makes the wedding work — moving the band, caterers or guests between venues, eight at a time.
How many people does the Mercedes-Benz Vito seat?
Eight — the most of anything in the fleet — with a usable load bay still behind the third row.
Can the seats be removed for cargo?
Yes. The Vito's seats are removable rather than just foldable, so it can be configured for mostly people or mostly equipment.
