The V-Class rear compartment can be configured with the middle row reversed and a table between, which turns the drive in from the airport into the first half hour of the meeting rather than dead time.
At the Langelinie quay or outside a hotel on Kongens Nytorv, sliding doors on both sides mean a cruise party or a delegation steps out onto the pavement rather than into Copenhagen's cycle lanes.
Conferences, cruise groups and the Kastrup run
Most Danish V-Class bookings are one of two things: a corporate group landing at Kastrup for a conference at Bella Center or a meeting in Ørestad, or a cruise party arriving at Langelinie or Ocean Quay with a day ashore and a sailing to make.
Both need the same car — seven seats, seven cases, sliding doors that open onto the pavement — and both benefit from a chauffeur who works the day backwards from the flight or the ship's departure.
The V-Class in Copenhagen and over the bridge
We meet groups at Kastrup arrivals with conference seating configured, and hand over at Langelinie or Ocean Quay timed to the vessel's schedule. Hotels across Copenhagen are standard delivery points inside a confirmed 60-minute window.
The Øresund and Storebælt crossings are shown on the quote or reconciled to your booking afterwards. Cross-border travel into Sweden is permitted and noted on the papers, and a finish in Malmö, Gothenburg or Stockholm is quoted with the repositioning as its own line.

Yes, meeting you at arrivals at Copenhagen Airport with the car ready and the paperwork already done, rather than at an off-terminal depot.
Is the V-Class available for a wedding in Copenhagen?
Yes — usually for guests rather than the couple, moving family and the wedding party between ceremony, photographs and reception. With a chauffeur, nobody in the group has to drive.
Can the V-Class be set up with conference seating?
Yes — the middle row can be reversed with a table between, which most groups use for the run in from the airport. Ask when you book and it is configured before delivery.
